Registering to Vote
You must register to be permitted to vote. The deadline to register is October 6, 2008. Click here for a registration form. You must complete the form, sign it, and return it to the Board of Elections at 222 W Center St, Marion, Ohio 43302.

Voting Absentee
Ohio now allows any qualified voter to vote by absentee ballot without stating a reason. Absentee ballot voting begins September 30, 2008. Click here for an application. You must complete the form, sign it, and return it to the Board of Elections at 222 W Center St, Marion, Ohio 43302. The Board of Elections must receive your application at least three days before the election and must receive your completed ballot by election day.
